How do I install the software after I have downloaded it to my computer?

Answer:

A. For Windows: Double click on the setup file and follow the instructions on screen.

 

B. For Mac OS X: If the file downloaded is a disk image (indicated by the extension .dmg), double click on it and follow the instructions in the Read Me file.

If the file is StuffIt file (indicated by the extension .sit), double click on it to expand it into a folder and read the Read Me file for details. You need to have the free StuffIt Expander* installed for this to happen. You can download StuffIt Expander from here.

C. For Mac Classic: You need to expand the StuffIt file as above.

 

How do I open the User's Manual?

Answer:

Double-click on it and the file will open if you have the free Adobe Reader* installed. You can get a free copy of Adobe Reader here.

 

How do I test-run the software in demo mode?

Answer:

Double click on the program file and click on the "Demo Mode" button in the Registration Window.

 

Do I need any registration key in order to test the software in demo mode?

Answer:

No. Simply double click on the program file and click on the "Demo Mode" button.

 

Do I need to download a new copy of the software after I have purchased the licence?

Answer:

Normally no. Just key in your user name and registration number and the program will run in normal mode without any restrictions.

 

When I keyed in the registration number which I have recently purchased, I get the message that it is invalid. What should I do?

Answer:

You are probably running an older version of the software. You need to download the latest version from here.

 

I am happy with the software after testing it. How do I  purchase a licence for it?

Answer:

You can purchase a licence from our reseller, Kagi.

 

I have purchased a licence for the Mac. Can I use it to register the software on Windows?

Answer:

No. You will need to purchase a separate licence for Windows.

 

I have a licence for Mac Classic but I am upgrading to Mac OS X. Can I use the same licence?

Answer:

Yes.

 

I  purchased a licence for the software some time back, but after installing a new version it is reported as invalid. What do I do?

Answer:

We keep a good record of all our customers. If you purchased the licence less than a year ago, email us for a free update.
